For standard bookings, we aim to have a fundi at your location within 48 hours. Urgent requests (24-hour) and emergency same-day service are available for an additional fee. You'll receive real-time GPS tracking once your fundi is en route.

Every fundi undergoes a rigorous vetting process: ID verification, skill assessment tests, background checks, reference verification from past clients, and a probationary period with supervised jobs. We also provide ongoing training and certification programs.

We accept M-Pesa (Safaricom), Airtel Money, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD). For subscription plans, we recommend M-Pesa standing orders for automatic monthly payments. All payments are secured and you receive an instant digital receipt.

You can choose either option. If you prefer to source materials yourself, we'll provide a detailed shopping list. Alternatively, our fundis can procure quality materials from our partner suppliers at trade prices. Materials are quoted separately from labor in our BoQ-based pricing.

We currently cover all major zones in Nairobi including Westlands, Karen, Lavington, Kilimani, Ngong Road, Eastlands, South C, and CBD. We're actively expanding to Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos counties. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.

All repairs come with a workmanship warranty: 30 days for one-time jobs, 3 months for Home Care subscribers, and 6 months for Premium plans. If the same issue recurs due to our work, we'll fix it at no extra charge. Warranty terms are detailed in your digital job report.
